Looking after your teeth

It is important to look after your teeth and gums.

You can do this by:

  • clean your teeth two times a day, in a morning and before you go to bed
  • check with your parent and carer whether you have a dentist
  • your parent and carer should take you to the dentist every 6 months
  • drink more water and try to eat more fruit and vegetables
