Looking after your teeth
It is important to look after your teeth and gums.
You can do this by:
- clean your teeth two times a day, in a morning and before you go to bed
- check with your parent and carer whether you have a dentist
- your parent and carer should take you to the dentist every 6 months
- drink more water and try to eat more fruit and vegetables
